Privacy

How your Zone account (id.bro.com) handles your information. Last updated October 10, 2026.

What we keep

Your email address, and what you choose to add: name, picture, language, time zone, birth year, notification choices, voice choices and your avatar. We also keep which network sites you've signed in to, your plan and credits if you have any, and a short activity log you can see on your account page.

We don't keep passwords, because there aren't any: you sign in with a code we email you. Sign-in codes, links and session keys are stored only as one-way hashes. Your IP address and device are stored only as salted hashes, to stop abuse.

Why

To sign you in, keep you signed in, let you use the same account on every site in the network, stop spam and bots, and keep your settings in one place.

What each site gets

When you sign in to a site, that site gets your account id, your email, and your profile if "Use my name, picture and settings on every site" is on. You can turn that off on your account page. A site can only look up people who've signed in to it. "Remember me across sites" (sharing what you talked about on one site with the others) is off unless you turn it on. Faith and Bible items from Holy Dude, BibVid, DivineTok, JesusTok and AngelTok never show on other sites unless you open them there yourself.

Who helps us

Cloudflare runs this service and its "I'm human" check (Turnstile). Resend delivers our sign-in emails. They process data only to provide those services. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context advertising.

Email

Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for them. News and offers are opt-in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe that works for the whole network.

Cookies

We use only the cookies this service needs: your sign-in session, a form-safety token, a device marker that helps block abuse, and, if you arrived through an invite link, the invite code for up to 90 days. No advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

On your account page you can see and fix your details, download everything we hold about you (JSON), make one site forget you, or delete your account everywhere. Deleting tells every linked site to delete its copy, and we keep only a one-way hash of your email so a deleted account isn't mixed up with a new one. These work wherever you live, including your rights under the GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA).

How long

We keep your account until you delete it. Expired codes, sessions and old rate-limit records are purged automatically.

Children

The network isn't meant for children under 13. Some sites ask for your birth year and limit purchases for anyone under 18.
